UP IN THE AIR

Now this isn't a Movie I'd pay to see, but a friend was taking his wife and Son to see AVATAR

which Bill and I had just seen, I've seen it twice now. Awesome 3D, 3D is going to be BIG, now that they have

perfected it "I MAX 3D", saw the 3D trailer for the new ALICE movie in 3D too, with Johny Deep as the Mad Hatter!!

Up in the Air, with George Clooney. It's really kinda a chick flick, but surprisingly GOOD!!

AVATAR is going to beat the TITANIC in sales figures, taking the highest grossing Film EVER!!

Good game too!! :9: :!: :D

Alice looks like it's gonna be good. I love Johnny Depp. Remember "Edward Scissorhands"? What a great great actor.

Well, I have to say, Alice was kind of disappointing. I'm not sure what I really expected, but I walked out saying, "Eh". It was good, but not like I'm gonna see it twice like I did with Avatar. 2.5 thumbs out of 5. :ugeek:

On the other hand, I now have a basic subscription to Netflix. They have a lot you can watch online, streaming. So, I watched "The Constant Gardener" what a really good movie. That one gets 5 :9:

Then, they sent me "Galaxy Quest" one of my all time favorites. I can't remember what I have sitting in queue next, maybe "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"

Thanks for the Heads Up Chris, I'll pass on ALICE, personally. Public Enemy wasn't that great either.........I loved Secret Window though. (Stephen Kings) Book to Film with Depp.

Netflix basic is cheap huh? like 10 bucks a Month!!?? Might give it a try, or free trial version?? :?:

The service I have is the cheapest one, $9 a month. I can have 6 movies in queue, they send one at a time. I can keep it as long as I want, when I send it back they send the next one. And, I can watch all the streaming video I want. But not all their movies are available streaming.
