I guess you would celebrate your b-day the 28th rather than the 1st of March.
Or either, depending on what day of the week it is, and how hard you celebrate!!!

Yup i used to celebrate on either day, if it falls on a weekend i'll choose that day. Been celebrating yearly with family with a bday cake but this year didn't..... ;)
