and from what FRAPS tech support they suggest i give it a try and see if it help my problem with there program and the fraps video file play back.

since so far in win7 i am not able to do so with out my system locking up yet. only in vista i can run/play/watch fraps video files with no problems . but even after installing this my fraps problem still is here so i email frap tech support and it is up to them now to figure it out.
