Update CPU module under Bios file

I went to the MSI webbie and saw the above lastest bios file, was wondering should i update it for my family comp which is using msi p35 neo3? Hmm what exact update cpu module does? :?

It updates the BIOS CPUID for newer processors. If the board is running o.k., don't mess with it. ;) Remember the saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Chris.
