ActiveX/ Com errors........WTF?

Postby Mr. Chris » Sat Aug 22, 2009 5:27 pm

I ran CCleaner a week ago and noticed almost 380 of these errors. I had CCleaner remove them. Today, just for giggles, I ran CCleaner again and found 146 more. Removed them. 30 minutes later, I ran CCleaner again and found 50 more. This is with out having done anything, just sitting idle.

*sigh* I'm trying to upload a text file but can't seem to, n00b that I am. I'll try and post a screen shot later. No idea what all these errors are about. Not that anything is running bad, it just is bugging me. Chris.

TXT file to here?

Man your brain is fuzzeled.....Copy and paste with the CODE button used.

Mind pasting the HJT list also? As you might be idle, but the computer is not.

Side Note: I just ran mine again, been 3 weeks. Got 1 ActiveX / COM for InProServer32....That jarred my thoguth process.....

Your VISTA is recovering from crashes? You computer is OC'ed? Your MSCONFIG has services for the Videocard running? Your computer is set to Hibernate / Sleep / shutdown items to conserve energy?

HijackThis.

Try using CMD > Notepad > File > Open .......

If that doesnt work, then something is blocking your use of the Clipboard. Generally a POS piece of Security Ware......So what POS Anti-V is installed :)

Win 7 Ultimate RTM 64 bit
No overclocking. Ever.
I'll have to check but Nvidia probably has crap running
Never sleeps, runs 24/7

Don't have HijackThis
