This about a lawsuit against ATI

You be the judge, I have no Comments as yet. I maybe should have placed this in the VID card section, but many would or might miss it.

Anyhow just click this link:: http://www.aticlassaction.com/

If you own a ATI card this may or may not effect you and I take NO responsibility for it's content.

I have nothing against ATI furthermore. It's merely info I was given and thought it may effect some folks.

So take a couple seconds to briefly check it out, then post your thoughts, or not.

But don't blame me, I am just the Piano Man. :!:

honestjohn wrote:Interesting after some reading it looks like this started up in April. I had three of those cards at one point, but they were sold long ago. It looks some of you who still have your receipts or can get one might get a free card out of the deal. Claims only applies to Built-By ATI cards, no other vendors such as Visiontek are eligible. Cards must also have been purchased between January 1, 2003 to March 31, 2006. Extended filing deadline expires November 2009 looking at the dates.

I bet lots of folks are still using some of these cards, like the R 1900 for Example.

Or the others on the wife's Beater RIG. :D Can't remember who had that in there SIG, they

listed the Specs for their Uber RIG then the Specs for the Second RIG, under Wife's Beater.

I'm just going to use IE7 until FF is fixed, I don't want to dork around with it, I'm tweaked out.

So no Spell checker, bare with me. ;)

Anyhow The Wife's BEATER always made me Laugh!!

Back on FF BTW...can't go back...
