O.K., you have me confused (again ;) ) From what kind of device is the camera video you want to see coming from? Is it just a video signal thru a BNC cable, like from a quad splitter or a DVR? Or is the video coming out of a PC, and if so from what kind of device?

If the monitor has an S-Video input you should be able to hook the video out from a camera to the yellow (luminance) input RCA jack on an S-Video > RCA adapter.
Yes there is a BNC to RCA adapter. Chris.

Sorry for the confusion, i was told the recording would be directed to a DVR and the DVR comes with a BNC output. So could u recommend me what sort of BNC adapter to get?? And say if the LCD Monitor doesn't have a S video input so how should i go about it?? Hmm or i should get the following BNC to VGA connector? http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/BNC-TO-VG ... verter.htm, :(

The BNC to VGA converter would work fine. A cheap LCD monitor probably won't have S Video input anyways, just a VGA. Chris.

Hey Chris once again thanks for coming to my aid, lol :D The staff at the Comps/DIY outlet are infact clueless or inexperince when i call and make a few queries, they can't even tell me what to get, basically they just told me most LCD Monitor only comes with dvi or vga and can't find any with bnc option

Lastly other than the above option using BNC to VGA, could i use a BNC to S video? http://www.svideo.com/svideo2bnc1.html

As long as the monitor has an S Video input, that will work fine, too. Chris.
