Is there anything wrong with the screen of my LCD?

Postby cas » Sat May 16, 2009 5:28 pm

Been using it for a few year, only happen to seen it the first time while using paint, reason due to paint loaded quite slow which is why i got to see it. Other than scratches, are those water mark dot or stain??

Those circles are too perfectly round to be water spots or damage. I think it may be a problem with Paint itself.

Try this little program: http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/N ... d-464.html See what you get with the white screen and the other tests. Chris.

No, a dead pixel is one little tiny spec, like a period. . is what a dead pixel looks like.

Maybe there is some kind of "watermark" effect in the backround? Did you try the Nokia test? Chris.
