So, I am sitting at home several nights 4-5 weeks back, when who do you think calls me?

Its 7:45PM at nights. Do you know what I do? Ok, you didnt guess right, I explode. They called atleast 5 different times this late or slightly later.

When I refuse to answer their questions based on the fact that its this late, the lady tells me that they call people as late as 9pm. Like thats supposed to change my feelings?



So, since I am just posting this, what do you think just happened today?


Yes.
Not only is it SUNDAY
But it is a HOLIDAY, Mothers Day.

What is wrong with these people? Or, is it me? Seriously, I need to know because this is really starting to Piss me off.

I have a feeling that If I infact tried to call their offices after 6:00pm and before 8:00am Monday - Friday, they would not answer the phone. So why do they think that I should give them a COURTESY that they do not afford me? On a HOLIDAY even....WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Are you on the National "DO NOT CALL" List Greybear?? I don't get any calls like that period. Are you in the Phone book??

If so your asking for these Lame A$$ phone calls, I hate to say. If one slips by and gets into me, I say if it's not FREE Money, I'm not interested

and ask for their number, jsut for fun, tell them. I'll get back to them, they call again, I ask to speak to the Supervisor. Then I tell it like it is!!

I do get calls from Local places wanting donation, like the Police Department, LOL, yeah, ok, Good luck with that!!

Yep, on the Do not call list since like a full year and a half ago. Their bypass to the list is that they are not SELLING anything.

I do have 2 companies that if I ever find out their Names I am going to see about sueing tho.

"Hello. We have been trying to get ahold of you. This is your last chance to decrease the interest rate on your present credit card. Press one ...." - 3 phone calls a week for 3 months.

"Your present car warranty has expired. Your response is necassary to secure a new warranty before it is too late. ..." - been getting these for 1 year.

The car warranty company told me that If I did not take the offer right then, that it would be rescinded and that I would not get this offer again, and yet 1 week later, I get the call again. That one said, "We are not them.." but used the same automated call message. These dumb a---s.

They do not state their company names.
As soon as I get them on the phone, they give a ficticious name and hang up when I ask to speak to anyone or where they are based / from.
Phone company talks in double talk, about filing police reports and paying for services that may or may not work to obtain their numbers and companie names.
