You mean, there was a 3 amp fuse in the 3 plug adapter, and you want to put in a 5 amp fuse? Should be fine. The 3 amp fuse would blow very fast if too many high amperage devices were plugged in at one time.
Strange they would put a fuse in one of those adapters anyways. None that I have ever seen here in the States has fuses. They just plug into the wall and you plug 3 things into it.
Personally, I like the big 6 outlet plug strips, with a 3 foot cord, you plug into the wall and then you have 6 outlets. Mine all have built in surge supression and a 15 amp circuit breaker. Chris.
