SPAM including 'bounces' in the senders email address

I seem to be getting alot of spam that including 'bounces' in the senders email address, which is not filtered by Windows Mail spam filters - any one else getting this?

eg... Hoveround <bounces-Fd1B9TW41-myplaice--lineone-net@easysavingswebcenter.net>

Is the best way to get rid of it to ban 'bounces' addresses?
