Ah, so its a 32bit OS.

i thought he said it was 64bit?
any ways for me it would not matter if it is running a 32bit or 64bit OS. since it will not harm or make anything worse for doing so,. and yes i have been in many discussions about this very topic in other forums. i my self would run no less then 4gigs of ram. since i have seen the difference in performance on my pc that i have running. i seen what going from 256nb to 1gig to 2gig to 4gig and now 8gig will do. and i like the increase of going from 1 to the other. and i would not suggest any pc to have no less then 4gigs. and make it a 2x2048mb match set package no the less.
