well, in my life.

Its like I am waiting for something big to come along and nothing is ever happening. Anyone else ever feel like this?

Me, I'm in a rut, waiting for something better to come along. Stuck in the same boring, minimum wage job now for 7 years. But there is finally light! I may have a job interview this week. But, yeah, I suppose I know the feeling.

Definitely sucks.

I'm an electrician, a mechanic, I've worked on DC9's as an electrical installer, worked at Rockwell on the B1-B development team. Been to aircraft mechanics school. I have experience with big printing presses, disassembling and reassembling, plus repairs of all types of printing associated equipment. Yet here I sit, a clerk in a porno store. Yeah, sux. There just hasn't been a lot available. This is thru a friend, someone where he works had an accident, broke a disk in his back. Maybe he'll recover, I feel bad for him. But I need a change. I hope you get out of your rut.

Chris you could think on moving to s carolina the new jet plant there- but bama is trying to shut them down being conservative and none union in that state. Va has lots of high pay printing companies here and I think state unemployment is around 7% here and low 6 for the city of richmiond- or was a few months ago any way..

Va and I think sc are both right to work states. Part of being american or the old days is being mobile and able to move and follow the work..

Thanks, Erik, but I'm saving my pennies (nickles, dimes, quarters, etc) to move to Arizona. Altho this new job, I may have to stay a while longer. If I get the job, that is. I'm hoping for a little good luck here.

I know the cost of living is lower here- gets more high the more north you go in the state. We have our ship yards too- they always rock. Chesterfield or Henrico schools regularly rank 1st or 2nd in the nation for el- mid- high schools. They are areas around richmond - again cost of living is not so bad..

Va. can be not so bad..
