Win7 Service Pack 2..thoughts...

For all those whom are running WIN7, like myself. I'm here to say WIN7 is maturing very well.

With Service Pak 2, even better still, smooth as an be for me anyhow. Kudos to MS!! :D

WIN7 Hits a Home run!! Yeea Haa!! It's out of the Ballpark :P :mrgreen:

Uhmm...this makes no sense at all Blue since Windows 7 doesn't even have a service pack 1 beta out yet
for testing, much less service pack 2... :no:

The closest estimate for the release of SP1 is supposed to be around Nov, 2010.

That Image is REAL and it's on my rig, it may be SP2 Vista under Win7 is all I can say? I understand why folks are disbelieving. I have Vista under Win7 though,

kinda a Combo Pack if you will. :D :mrgreen:

It runs better than ever though.... :shock: so your guess is as good as mine...

Where did you download that SP from?
You didn't get it from Microsoft & it isn't an Official Microsoft Windows Service Pack build!
As I said Microsoft has NOT released ANY service packs yet for the Windows 7 operating system at all...

If you are running Vista & Windows 7 on a dual boot they still stay apart & don't mix together!
Each OS operates on it's own partition & there's NO WAY that Vista SP2 will install on Windows 7 at all
as they are different kernels.

Maybe it's for Win 7 Home? Mine's not showing any Service Pack either.

Precisely, i have access to MS download and also been assisting technet windows 7, all i heard is they planning sp beta but the dates has not been fixed, how could there be sp download which i dunno or not heard of :oops:

I re-ran my sys spec test, came back a bit higher, not much However.
