Tilting LCD Monitors?

Postby BlueMonster » Thu Mar 11, 2010 6:57 am

I tilt my ACER HD Monitor about 15% , that's all it will tilt, MAX, but I can tilt it more by adding wedges to the stand in front to tilt it more.

However I like it @ 15% fine. Looks Awesome like that. Just CURIOUS how much you guys TILT yours, or if you do at all.

I set it @ 15% tilt Like so::

I have just a slight tilt to my monitor, I basically sit eye level, so it doesn't need much.

Scavy~

IMHO, I think it's best to install the Drivers that come with your Monitor, Acer has WIN7/Vista Drivers for my Model, If it says Vista it will work great on Win7 BTW.

Tilting Monitors, I find myself tilty it back some for more HD impact, depends on the game too. Some games look great Bright so I tilt it up right for those games.

If the games are darker I sometimes tilt them back, all deoends on how it looks, it does indeed make a difference IMHO Image

Thinking about going back to my Wolfking Keyboard too, I love my Reclusa, but it's HUGE!! :D

Hmmm, my monitor didn't come with drivers, AFAIK shouldn't need them unless it's some special stuff, maybe for the sound or if it has USB. Kinda like mouse drivers, I don't use them either, I let Windows install what it thinks the device needs, or if it's a joystick or wheel or printer etc.

I love my Wolf King. The "Circle of Death" fits my hand just perfect, and I'm so accustomed to it, I really can't use any other keyboard for gaming. :9:

ah ok well my monitor dont have anything else on it so i dont have no need for driver then. but like i said before the Wolf king was to much of a stretch for my hand and it made my carpel tunnel really hurt more then normal.

but this kb i have rocks and with the choice of light color i can go by the mode im in. blue for just surfing or RED for killing !!!
