Not to many posts in here. However I agree it's a Great topic, this and the Free Apps, should be getting posts.

I don't mess with the Free Apps as I'm not into formatting my posts to look perfect, I guess I could PM them to

the author Greybear , I think and maybe he could fix them the, send them back and I'll post them the way he wants it done.

Or he could just give me Credit, something of that nature.

Anyhow, I found this article about Vista vs Windows7, and found it enjoyable, tons of info about both OS's and XP, even Win98/2000.

If you have some time and want to learn a lot about Win7 and or Vista this is a MUST read, IMHO.

Enjoy, it's long but very informative. ;)

Good Day

I did the tweaks on both my SSD. The one in my laptop I only used 6.2 gb of the drive to install win7. The laptop speed is really fast with that SSD.

DM, meant to ask in your other Thread about that SSD drive, is it one that supports the TRIM command? If so, that seems to be the drive to get. Has to do with overwriting data blocks?

By what I have been reading that Both of the SSD drives don't support Trim Command. So far I'm very happy with both of them. This is intel G1 drive and intel will not update the firmware. They are only do the G2 drives. I haven't look at the Kingston yet to see if there is a update.

My two Drives: Kingston SSDNow V-Series SNV125-S2BD/64GB / 1.8" 80GB Intel X18-M Mainstream SATA Solid-State Drive

Here is a subject on trim command if people don't know what trim command is.
