This is my favorite......

    Nectarine White Tea
Brewed from the finest white tea. Naturally Decaffeinated. What is white tea? White tea is a baby tea leaf that is plucked when it’s young so it’s light in flavor and high in antioxidants.* We brewed this rare tea and mixed it with the delicious, light fruit flavor of nectarine to give you an all-natural beverage that is naturally decaffeinated. It contains 25% less sugar and fewer calories** than Snapple Regular Tea Drinks, and tastes great. One sip, and you’ll love the naturally light taste and healthy flavor. So drink up, but quietly. The baby tea leaves are sleeping.

*Contains 48mg of antioxidants (36mg of tea polyphenols and 12 mg vitamin C) per 8 fl oz serving.

**This product has 60 calories and 15 grams of sugar per 8 fl oz serving; regular Snapple Tea Drinks have an average of 80 calories and 24 grams of sugar per 8 fl oz serving.

    Ingredients:

FILTERED WATER, SUGAR, CITRIC ACID, DECAFFEINATED WHITE TEA*, NATURAL FLAVORS, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C).

*Small amounts of caffeine may be present because the decaffeination process does not remove all of the caffeine.

Another Drink with REAL SUGAR in it: Fuze Black & Green Tea and the White Tea also.

I would avoid the other FUZE lines due to the SKIM MILK in them.

Splenda Side Effects:
Evidence that there are side effects of Splenda is accumulating little by little. Sucralose has been implicated as a possible migraine trigger, for example. Self-reported adverse reactions to Splenda or sucralose collected by the Sucralose Toxicity Information Center include skin rashes/flushing, panic-like agitation, dizziness and numbness, diarrhea, swelling, muscle aches, headaches, intestinal cramping, bladder issues, and stomach pain. These show up at one end of the spectrum — in the people who have an allergy or sensitivity to the sucralose molecule. But no one can say to what degree consuming Splenda affects the rest of us, and there are no long-term studies in humans with large numbers of subjects to say one way or the other if it’s safe for everyone.

well i use to drink mountain dew by the case per day. but now i drink sprite pure zero and my very favorite Lipton diet green tea pink lemonade drink mix for the 16.9 water bottles. i drink it more then sprite rite now. i get it from walmart @ $1.88 a box which is 10 per box  but i like it so my little fridge i have that sits next to me in my room/pc room. is full of water which i mix with the Lipton and im set for a nite.

my wine cooler/fridge was my 10yr present from work i got all most 3yrs ago now. which i made into my fridge so i can keep what ever i want cold close by. but the non sugar stuff i all ways knew was not good for you since it was man made. i all ways prefer the real stuff anyways or some form of natural sweetener ya know.

this wk has been very very bad for me, well for my neck that is. i have to buy a certain pillow from my chiropractor that cost $60. its call Wal-Pil-O the company that makes them is called Roloke and is headed and founded by a doctor.

i go threw 1 of these pillows every 1 1/2 months cause it get to soft for me. so i have to get another 1 or i will start to get massive mind grains head aches that even with these pills i take wont touch. which is Topiramate 50mg which i take twice a day.

they tend to help with my normal head aches which i guess could be what most people would call mind grains. my mind grains are wost then that since they are brought on by my neck. which the only thing that can take it away is a adjustment and time and ICE pack on it.

which is another thing i can do with ease is a ice pack on my skin with out flinching at all or even it bothering me either. i am so use to it now since it does help at time to take the edge off my pain when pills dont.

but i called that company cause this time i sent in the warranty card since i go threw so many pillows a yr and at $60 a pop, i got to. they said they will ship me a firmer pillow like what i got now for $18  plus ship. they told me the doc i go to cant get this i can only get it threw them and it is normally a $70+ pillow :o

so i said yeah ill take it, since if it would last longer then a 1 1/2 or 2 months or maybe longer it would save me a bunch of money per yr. beside this company sell a lot of stuff since they sent me a folder with everything they have. and wow it is a lot.

about 30+ pages of stuff from pillows to thermal-pad anyone want this info i can PM the address and phone numbers to you just let me know and i can even upload some of the pages i have so you can take a look of what they have to.

but there pillow are what have save my skull and brain from maybe a bullet or 2. since this pain is at time much worst then my back pain is.

Postby SCAVENGER1 » Mon Aug 10, 2009 7:24 am

this is what i use to do it with. it did have a water bag that held 20lbs of water. but it wasnt heavy enough for me. so i went and got 4 - 10lbs weights for it which is all most enough now for it.

this device help me a lot and with out it my mind grains would be untouchable with any kind of meds. even though i am on some right now twice a day kind but still. this and the $60 pillow i use that my chiropractor have i would not be able to sleep at all.
