Just for Win 7 Guys, or if we have a Girl around, shes welcome as well, only want WIN 7 Desktops. :D

WIN7 BABE

Also please keep the wall size down to 800-900 Max Rez (Bandwidth)

Oh and no Screens that your cursor shows up on the image. Please. ;)

Unless it's from a site like Photobucket, as if it is a Thumbnail and you click on it and it expands

to the size I said, or bigger I suppose that's up to Chris. What I meant was folks, and I've done this myself

so I'm just as guilty as anyone, that post images from sites that when you click them they show "ADS".

That's all, I apologize for not making this clear. Yes Scavy Thumbnails from Photobucket are a-okay. ;)

Or full size as long as if they are full size they don't exceed 800-900 rez.

why no cursor show up on the image? Blue since all i ever use are click-able thumbnails from photobucket. so that way i dont have to resize any of my pictures to fit and all anyone has to do is click and it takes them to another tab or browser page(depending on how they have there set up)

and they can view it in full size and see the hole picture they way i see it all the time. thats why most of everyone else pictures are hard to see what it is. when i look at it cause they are all resize and then it is hard to see what it is. and what we are looking at most of the time.

the click-able thumbnail is the best thing since slice bread i think. beside photobucket has the fastest downloads around of any other picture and video host around yet. uhm that reminds me in a few months i have to pay them for the pro i have threw them here in the next 3 months

I still like this one:

I like the slide show for the default Win 7 Desktops. Americana is cool but Architecture is really neat. Chris.

Yes thaoe are fine scavy~

I apologize for not being clear, I updated the info in Post one, ok.

Again if it's from Photobucket, it's all good, even Image shack is ok, as long as when you see the POINTER turn to a Hand

that Image does not turn into an AD. is what I meant. ok. So Photobucket away, like you always do in short. Just no ads.

Please.

Blue

That's all. :)

Custom Made Windows 7 Ultimate Desktop

Postby MUff1N » Sun Jul 12, 2009 5:24 pm

Here's one that I made myself. Instead of using the usual MS Logo, I used the one that forms in the middle of the boot screen
as the logo.
I used to have all kinds of stuff on my desktop but now keep it absolutely clean with the exception of the recycle bin & a small calendar. ;)
Yea, I'm ripping a DVD at the same time as you see in the taskbar. :P

Sweet Muff1n!!

Yeah, I have issues with having a perfectly clean Desktop, LOL :dizzy:

I know a Clen Desktop is faster too, I have some Huge Folders on my Desktop the biggest being

my Fraps Game PC Screens Folder, which gets up to like 10 GIG's, that can't be good!! :P

EEK!!

Blue

Oh and if you don't care for Win7's Huge Short cut arrows I have an app,

I use this is what I have changed my Short cut arrows too::

Image

No link until I know it functions properly. ok, I'll be the Ginny Pig.

It's written for vista, and should be fine 4 W7 I use it on my Vista HP 64bit Install. Now.

Never had an issue with it, though I noticed it load your Programs Small PIC instead of the WIN7 Stock one,

But all else is the same the Light Blue laod screne is still there, but in the middle my Avatar shows

which is kinda cool, really..... :9:

Oh and Thanks Muff1n, now I'm getting rid of all, ok, some on my crap on my Desktop, you made me fell Guilty.

 :yahoo: :taunt:

Sure is nice having a Great Geek show, :D

I thought HJ and I are the Heaviest Tweakers of OS's here but, hell now I think I might be mistaken. :tease:

HJ taut me all kinds of stuff, Great Guy!!

I'm totally into customizing my OS & have been since XP when I first started learning how to use a computer in 2001.
So I now know a TON more about it & tweak the F*** out of all my OS installs!!! ;)
For the shortcuts I just remove them altogether with the Windows Vista Shortcut Manager v2.
Works perfectly for 32-bit systems, but not in 64-bit. I've used this a LONG TIME so I know it works without causing any issues. :P
You can either have a shortcut arrow, big, small, or none which is what I want.
Also removes the Shortcut to- prefix in your menus which I hate! :?
Btw, I noticed you got a bug on this forum... Image
LOL! :P
