Is the site down? Or no? :?: anyone having issues??

I'm having trouble bringing it up, but I just did a Total OS overhaul,

Crap Cleaned Everything the Heck out!! Fixed up my registry and so on, I aways have a few days of

minor things that are missing but return later as I go along. Good news is CCleaner Kicks butt, cleans

all the crap out of my System.

Yup.
Tried yesterday and again today.
This is all I get:

Network Timeout

The server at forum.uabit.com is taking too long to respond.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

* Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage? Try again later.
* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.
* Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance.

Here is something totally Odd.

As if yesterday, I lost 2 websites at the same time.

I lost the True Abit Forum, and I lost the Webpage here that allowed for displaying all three portions with their sections listed.

Or basically the parent page here expanded. Maybe this works for you

I was starting to think they were linked. Everytime I tried to get back here I got some
Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5 Server at www.abithelp.com Port 80

Think maybe ABIT thought the end of year was Nov. 28th? Chinese Calendar?

According to some chatter at The Wolves site, UABIT's servers are down for maintenance. Could be they will never come back? Chris.

Couldnt imagine maintenance on servers that will be down in 1 month. Could be wrong, wouldnt be the first time.

But there didnt seem to be any issues to maintenance prior.

Had the same problem yesterday and today. Yesterday I saw the main abit.com website had a message up that they were down for maintenance, today I could get to it fine although slow as crap. Still can't get to uabit.com. Perhaps part of the maintenance included wiping out the uabit forum server for good. Also I'm wondering if this had something to do with Marty Shaw's goodbye Towel Post a few days ago in Open Discussion at uabit?

I told you all that we were gonna be making some changes this weekend. Eh? ;)

For this site use http://www.abithelp.com for your home page now. And John's right, you can still get to the old Forum layout with the link he posted. Chris.
