I guess my U.S. mass media influenced point of view about Iran is one of: only the rich people or Government have computers, let alone access to the Internet; there really is no enjoyment in their daily lives anyways because they are all evil Communists bent on the destruction of Democracy and therefore the U.S.; we should nuke the whole country because they will not "cow tow" to the U.S. demands.
But I agree, you take away one of my freedoms for no good reason and I will vote against you. But even then, the ability to vote doesn't mean you won't still lose freedoms. Look at what our wonderful Government has done since 9/11 in the name of Homeland Security.

Or DRM.

We still live in a better place than a lot of other countries. Chris.
