How a supplier or reseller managed to sell stuff

Below cost price? Say for instance company A, B and C are offering products and C get it cos his is the lowest quote and wierd part is, is way below cost price. Hmm wondering how they make $$$, cos most vendor get supplies from distro, price wise is more or less the same. So if one were to follow suit, they be making a loss as they have to pay products cost, freight as well as tax.

All i could think off either they are doing parallel import or maybe buy in bulk or directly through manufacturer. Hmm maybe josh could give me some pointer on tis, is there any other alternative where one could import suppplies cheaper or through other channel

Depends a lot on the supplier. Yes, if they buy in bulk, they can sell a product a lot cheaper. Also, a lot of stuff is cheap product from China, and even if it is a "name brand" it's what they call a "knock off" meaning it's branded as a Guchhi but it's a cheap Chinese copy. Just be aware if it's a real brand or a cheap copy. That is how they make the money.
