I dun really took vitamin, fish oil and stuff. As age catches up me, at time i feel tired, breathless and backache easily, especially when i went to service other's comp when i bend down.

I try not to stress myself unnecessary and dun stay up too late, as for supplement, at time i took some herbal soup tonic

Blue Boy~

Hell 50!! Though It it was just a rumor, not gonna Happen to me!! "Hope I dye before I get old" (the Who, My Generation) I think they changed the lyrics now, LOL or

this one from the Beatles, "Will you still need me? Will you still feed me when I'm 64" Well good 'ol Sir Paul is 64 and then some now, then look at the Stones, OMG!!

These Bands have Staying Power, among many others. They can FILL every seat in any Stadium anywhere, STILL!! Think of the FUSS that went on when ZEP re-united to

play again, they were all in their sixties as well!! Rock bands today are very FORGETTABLE, to be sure!! Being out of Touch, with the NEW Music scene, my Favorite Band

that I recall from the Grunge Period, what ever... is still to this day are/was the "Stone Temple Pilots" . CORE being one of the BEST recordings ever made again, IMHO.

Intel Ripped them off with Core Duo etc. LOL!!

======================

Now on Topic :D

I take Fish oil Omega 3, Potassium, Vit-B, a gang of Vit-C (chewables) Calcium, Nexium, and a Multiple, "MENS Daily Silver" I'm around 50 now myself so I'm on the same page.

Yeah I take a LOT of Vitamins, all ya really need is one Daily Mens Silver, honestly. But I SMOKE, too, so if you smoke you need EXTRA, C for Sure!! I don'y Drink, but when I did

I always took extra B, for the 'ol LIVER!! :good: I take High Blood Pressure pills too, 2X a day. My Blood Pressures really not bad at all, but if you 50 or over, your Heart has been working a LONG

ASS TIME and needs a little help, or you can just take a Child's dose of Aspirin Daily, same results, or choose too. I take them all as I eat POORLY, never eat enough veggies (Daily)

my Food TREE is anything but a Heath Triangle, LOL!! :mrgreen: Fish OIL is Excellent for your HEART as well!! Burns bad cholesterol. Folks getting to 50 or after soon, need to have a FULL

Prostrate check, yep cam snake up the ass. Has to be done, no way around it, Colan Cancer is a leading cause of death in MEN, as well a Full Prostrate Check, and Blood work up.

Prostrate problems, another killer for MEN!! I've had myself all checked out, :rules: I'm basically very heathy all things considered. I have some issues, but don't we all? :taunt:

Al;ways better to find things that may be wrong with a man or woman EARLY, treating any Cancer etc., is 50% more treatable when detected early.

===============================

So get all the Tests done if your in the Fifties age group, 40-55 I'd say. Plus do it at least once again. by then, who Cares...easy to say now but when I'm in my 60's I may have a whole different set of thinking.

Have all that done, and I want a report on my Desk first thing :lol:

Blue

On a Final note, DRINK WATER, lots of it!! Coffee doesn't count or Soda either, H2O!! Please don't buy it, get a Water Purifier, we Americans

throw enough empty Plastic Bottles in the water to (Ocean Etc.) to Circle the Globe 3 Times a year already!! (Some Insane Figure like that!!)

I take One A Day Silver for Men, plus I take added B complex and Calcium/ Magnesium/ Zinc. Also Cranberry juice and Pommegranet. Have not gotten on the fish oil bandwagon yet, but instead of butter, I use Smart Balance spread with Omega 3. And I get my veggies every day. I was one of those weird kids that actually liked spinach, broccoli, all that stuff. Even Brussle sprouts! And I love red grapes, when they are cheap enough I can afford them.

I know I eat too much frozen stuff, but I buy the Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine to limit the fat and salt. And, I get my 1 gallon plastic water jug refilled at a kiosk in front of the grocery store for $.25. I reuse and recycle every thing I can. Just makes good sense. ;)

Well we have a heart monitor so I keep an eye on the pressure, running at (waiting for test) 121over 73 pulse at 63, and have had the test on my prostrate :oops: plus blood tests.

I used to smoke 40 to 60 a day, used to drink better than a fish and other things I try to forget about. :roll: :?

As for water we have a filtered tap for drinking so refill two coke bottles for the fridge and like Chris love all veg and fruit.

Comparision of just 1 example dish between the two

You may want to check this statement again. Several of these items carry 1000mg plus is salt, I believe a couple even use MSG,,,and like ACCENT a salt substitute is all MSG.....

There is a key to taking vitamins that some people do not know....Calcium(tablets) and alot of water. As it takes alot of water to break the calcium apart. The body actively seeks Calcium....and Calcium is like a bus, it picks up the other vitamins and nutrients that would be left behind or only absorbed in small quantities.

You have several key elements to cause cellular activity....Ca / Na / K

Alot of things with Omega3 in them now.

Use just cinammon to sweeten teas, even if you like it unsweetened.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

No more than 2 helpings of ANY Oceanic fish per week, due to Mercury levels.

I don't like the Panini's anyways. I mostly eat chicken with some veggies and or pasta. Very little red meat these days.

If you tell me I can't have shrimp because of the Mercury, I'll prolly slit my wrists. If I go to a restaurant and they don't serve shrimp, I'll go to the next one down the road. ;)
