Did the forum go down

I ask as I wasn't able to log on till 8pm local time(NZ) being trying since 7am. Well its working now so all is good.

Yes, it was down most of the day. But, like you say, we're back!

I tried at 8am then at noon then at 3pm then at 5:30pm and couldn't access it. Finally at midnight when I got off work it was running. But I'm not sure exactly when it came back on line.

I talked with my friend Jim today. The "official" reason that the entire server center (not just us, the whole damn building! Over a thousand websites! 
) was due to lightning strikes and a severe power failure. The backup generator didn't kick in either. Maybe they forgot to put fuel in it?
