Re: EVGA GTX 260 55nm now at Newegg

honestjohn wrote:Well they're here, my EVGA step-up expires tomorrow and the new cards are actually cheaper than mine was. So it would cost me $5.64 to move to a 55nm card, plus the shipping of my old card. Still not worth it though as I could only step-up to the stock card. Right now I have a SC 65nm which works great so I'm sitting tight on this one. Another change with the new GTX 260 is they also went back to the same cooler design used on my old 8800GTS 512MB G92 card. Likely because of the 55nm GPU. Card also appears a bit smaller since it's not enclosed completely.

wow i want that last 1 you listed and at $319 is a steal for a SSC edition to boot. but if i had my job back that would be going into my case super soon. but since i am still off work and it looks like i won't be going back either :( which really suck since i like what i was doing there, no matter what department they stuck me in. the people i work with were great.

man i need some cash!! lol

and on another side note. my 2 logitech mouse just came in from the RMA. 1 G7 and a G9 , the G7 i have all the other that are bad. i worn them out since i lay a lot. and so i have extra battery's and charging station to go with 1st $80 +ship takes the G7 is going for $72.99

. the G9 can come with the old 1 since it has a bad cord connection going into the mouse. its going for $80 as well. since newegg still list it at $89.99
