Card installed fine, using the latest Nvidia drivers. Pretty nice gain in most games, no issues found so far. Man, does this beast Fold like crazy! I can't believe how many points per day this thing is churning out. Running at 99% according to GPUZ. Fan is a little loud, but at 75% the card is nice and cool, about 60c. If it's gonna fail, running like it is, it will be soon.

Precision doesn't report the clock speed correctly, but does control fan speed.

Great Chris, good to hear!
Yea folding really stresses your system & card, so if its going to fail it should be soon.

Hey man if you want to use drivers v263.09 you only need to add two lines in the NV_DISP file which are these below & it will install them.
You'll know where to put them as they'll look like the lines for the 580.
I got a good gain benchmarking with them so they may also get ya more points folding!
They also have worked flawlessly gaming too... :9:

%NVIDIA_DEV.06CD.01% = Section005, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_06CD

NVIDIA_DEV.06CD.01 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470"

I can't believe this card. Haven't run any benchmark programs, but I did try the one built into FEAR: Perseus Mandate. Used to get maybe 60fps. Now I get between 90 and 120fps! That's with every setting on high and at 1920x1080! I turned on AA, AF and shadows! This game should crawl, but it's smooth as silk.

Also made a huge difference with Railworks. You would think a sim is easy on graphics, but, you have so many objects, it can drag a high end system down to 15 to 20 fps in some areas. Draw in distance, polygons, the works. This card has not dipped below 60fps anywhere. (I should stop before I jinx things)

You'll find with this card that most games are very playable using either x8-x16AA & x8-x16AF with the setting on High or Ultra with Extra in the graphics settings!
One example is I can run BF-BC2 with X16AF & x8AA on the highest settings & still average 55-60 FPS at 1680x1050 which is the highest resolution for my 20" monitor. ;)
Every game benchmark I've ran has had excellent results.
Hint: For higher FPS use Power Management Mode in the NV Control Panel & set it to "Prefer Maximum Performance",
otherwise it will limit the FPS to around 60 most of the time in gaming benchmarks as they don't use enough power or shader cores to throttle it to full.
FEAR benchmarks will only push the card to about 40% usage on the average even using the highest settings.
I leave mine like that all the time because I use mine mostly for gaming... ;) (Screenshot below)
Big jump in the Tech going to the GF100-110 cards in performance. :9:
