temps good when folding. volts look normal. graphics still fine

I have the Abit KN8-SLI board and need a windows xp driver for the built in chipset which should include LAN drivers as well as the built in realtek audio. well i got it in with the new bios #17 and so far so good at stock clocks.i tried to bring the volt on the cpu as my friend said he had it set to which was 1.38 volts. but he said he left the rest alone. so with the fsb set to 450 x 8 and ram 1:1.00
