OK! First the facts. I'm running XP SP3 with 4-1GB sticks of RAM and two physical hard drives.

In doing some reading around the net on setting the page file, I've come across a variety of opinions, so I thought I'd post here and get a few more. :mrgreen:

What a can of worms. So let's try and keep it simple.

So what do we know or think we know about SSD's.

There are no moving parts,
There are two main ...

1. Place the driver installation file on the Desktop.

2. Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties/Compatibility Tab. Select the appropriate options in from the list in the following image.



3. Click Apply/OK.

4. Right Click the file and select the Run As Administrator option to install.

The above step could also be used for windows 7 :)

Thought I'd try this out, see if anyone is into sharing what cool stuff FrieFox does. I recently installed it, as per Advise from
