I have a unknown PCI Device in the device manger and for the life of me I can't find out what it is. Here are some pics

Do you guys know what driver I need ?? I install the chipset drivers an tryed to up date this driver but I keep geting " Hardware wizzard can not find a better harware match" and then it just stays like that with the yellow question mark and no drivers installed. :x :x
