When i enable FTP and try to upload my DIY web onto a host server, under FTP Login Details....it ask me for username and password which i'm kinda confused, should i use the same username and password for logging into my joomla host/acc? Also under FTP setting, FTP root section what should i key in?

Lastly it keep showing the following

JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "127.0.0.1" on port 21
JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed

when i key in the username and password for FTP Login Details and when i hit save.

I couldn't even telnet localhost.... do i need to portforward stuff like that?
