yep its fun let me tell ya , but i have 1 slight problem everyone sounds like Alvin and the chip munks . beside it takes all most a 1/2hr to install and im using raid 0 and it is all so close to 8gb size of a game as well. the only thing i havent tried is to reinstall it. i tried a different gfx driver ,DX, physicx and so far nadda fix it. i got a bunch of screen shots though.

Maybe that's a setting in the sound options, or a problem in your sound card's drivers. But you like the game other than the sound issue? Hmmmmmmmmmmm. (yeah right, like I need another game right now, I'm gonna be putting $$$ into my little Datsun pickup) Chris.

well the funny thing is this is the only game that does it. and the 1 setting in the game has no effect on it and i tried them all to. but yeah the game is a lot of fun other then they sounding on the high side rofl!!i have completed 22 of the 31 mission and the world is a real good size 1 to. kind of like FO3

the only thing is you dont go inside anything at all it is all outside. and the other day i played till 7:30am and then this morning i woke up @3:30am and the game was still playing and right now i am playing again rofl. and according to the in game stats i have played just over 25 hrs so far. and i have finish the main quest of the game as well last night.

man i dead like 10 time or more during that1 so far i would have to rate this 1 as 1 of the hardest sp games i have played yet. and yes i am playing on the hardest level as well what else would i play it on

I assume it's a linear game. Not open world type game. At least you know you'll finish it.

well i hate to break it to you Blue but ever since the game company stop making demos thats when the pirating really got bad. since then game started to play very bad or not all and the game company,s started not to care cause once they were done with it there were all ready starting on the next game. but thia game seem to be never ending so far. since i am in free roam right now even though i do have mission to do yet.

even though i did to the main mission i still have other to do yet. and other item to get as well. such as powers and other things to get.


i have 3 videos upload right now , so now yalls will be able to hear what i hear lol

well after some more searching i am not alone with the Alvin sound. so yeah i guess there is a bug in the PC version of the game. i just hope they come out with a dam patch soon since reinstalling it didnt fix it at all so there went another 1/2hr of my life

it only took 45 seconds for it ton uninstall so WTF does it take so dam long to install then but yeah this is the toughest game i have played yet. i have never died so many time in any other game combined together. it took me 2 days finish this 1 mission which i finally did last night/morning . i had to destroy these bloodmisters which were guard by elite guards and super soldiers .man old man it is not easy since the hunters are east compared to these guys.

Wow so all the PC copies are Alvin style, huh?? can't just be some, I wouldn't think. Either it has a BUG or doesn't. No?
Others have the same problem, go look at the Forum at Steam about the game, don't see anyone complain about the Alvin thing?

But they sure as HELL are Bitching about the Game in General, I wouldn't get it, unless it was 20 bucks, safe to say I'll pass on Prototype,
plus 90% of the complaints are it's just to Frustrating, it won't run at all unless you have a TOP notch system, from what I read too, or they

TRINITRON CRT old school Monitor. From what I read if your not using a HDTV to run your games, your not getting HD anyway, just LCD.
Which are nice, as they are light, etc. But they are NOT HD. They do make them, but you really gotta read the Details, if it doesn't say HD, it isn't.
Widescreen, yep, Light as a Feather, yep, HD I doubt it.

So everyone that has a Widescren Monitor (LCD) please let me know if anywhere, in the Specs it says HD.

Back to that Monitor Scavy, if I got a 1680X rez would it no longer be HD?? Hows that work?? Does it have to run at 1900REZ to get Real HD??

The Biggest reason I have not bought a new Monitor is no.1=$$$$, no.2= My desk only has a Hole that's 18
Inches wide for the display, unless I hack it up, (cut it) then I couls get a 20" Wide Screen in it. That's as BIG
as I can go, so I have to get rid of this desk, on a CRT it Diaganal, so Diaganally I could get a 24" CRT in it.

Not worth it, the DESK has to go, but it's to b9g to move. I'll have to get some help, getting it out of here

I hate this piece of CRAP!! It's made for a Max CRT size screen of maybe 23" Maybe, I have a 21" in it and there's no room left over
barely fits, now that I measured it. So 21" is it for me, nothing bigger, and it has to be Diagonal CRT.

The one in the PIC above is a 15" CRT, LOL!!
