I got the demo yesterday from Steam. I hope the full version is better than the demo. What a crap game. If you try and crank the graphics up at all, it's stutter city. And It's not like I have a shitty card or system. The voice acting is totally lame. Like a bunch of dead pan actors reading lines, boring as hell. Controls are clunky, weapons iron sights suck, weapon inventory system is crap. You can't even see the objective marker that shows you where you are supposed to go. You have to hold Left ALT to get "Free Look" when driving a vehicle which is stupid because the WSAD keys control vehicle direction, so moving the mouse should just turn your head, right? Or is that too simple?

I have to give them credit for releasing a demo so I wont' have to pay to find out this game is just another rehash of BF with 5 year old graphics. :9: I take comfort in small miracles these days. :beach: Chris.

someone i know from another clan got the full version threw steam and said it rocks!! so i guess its a whos who type game i guess. but i am waiting on them to post some pic of it right now. but uhm ill have to check out the demo my self. but as you know the demos are all ways 1/2 arse of what the game could be some times ya know.

even though most people will judge a game by the demo so thats why most game companys no longer post demos anymore because of that fact. which is all there own fault anyways. they should make the demo what the full version will play like and visa versa ya know. there should be no difference between game play of either 1 at all.

Geese HJ~

These Demo's are getting HUGE, OMG!! I'm going to give it a try as well, though

from Chris's latest comment, it sounds maybe, not all that great? Hell it's FREE though

sure wish more Demo's were available, like Wolfenstein, now that would be sweet, I'd love to see a DEMO for it.

Though I highly doubt it'll have a DEMO, maybe for 360 folks. They seem to get a lot more Demo action than the PC lately.

Nice POA SIG BTW!! :D HJ, king of the SIG's I always though you should start a SIG business, but then there's that Copyright barrier. :sigh:

Good to see ya HJ  About time for Dark Sector aye?? Or are you going to find those last two Bobble Heads. I really got into

finding the Diamonds in FC2, I managed to score 131 of them ;) Doesn't seem like that many, but Damn some of them were really tough

to find, I'd spend a Hour sometimes looking for one Diamond, the I'd throw in the towel, and move on. But I finished it with all the

extra Content too, all those codes, I heard were the same. Except the Intel Mission pack it was different, I think?? :?:

Sure was/is a great game though, Oops getting off topic, again. Sorry Chris.

yeah i did to and i saw that there was 2 setting for the res as well. which i set both to my res. but yeah the gfx were 50 - 50 for me. some were great to wash out. but then again it is a demo and it is a small demo to. since i have had demo that went way over 4gig and didnt even have mp in it such as this 1 does.\

so i would say they left a ton of stuff out of the demo then if they have both the sp and mp in this demo and its all under 3gigs.

That's from FO3 huh HJ??

LOL!! It that a Turd or is he just well hung,

Hey I downloaded Blood Money (the demo) from Steam yesterday, no check points so

I didn't finish it, got tired of replaying the same area. Anyhow it's pretty Cool, and

the GFX remind me of FO3 which is rare. Also install my full game Hitman2 just for kicks

am trying to get into it, at least you can save anywhere in it!! ;)

Also as I mentioned I'm playing SOF2: Double Helix (Love this Easter EGG!!)

Playing this game is a Blast!! Had to share that DOOM pic!!

Blue

Sometimes I scratch my head and think, Have the GFX really gotten that much better

in the last ten years, not!! Not IMHO. Some games sure, but most, nope!!
