Well I may get this game this weekend thanks to an early Christmas gift from a very good friend

I know exactly what Blue means about opening doors, I flashed back to DooM3 where you always wanted to have full ammo, health and do a quick save before you went thru that door! :butcher:

But I should prolly finish at least one of the games I'm playing right now. Somehow I just seem to keep drifting back to ET:QW and get stuck there for hours on end. :comando: Chris.

Ok Chris  ~

Where'd ya get those cool emotions icons and how come we don't have them, they are great, and small, I like them!!

Anyhow, Yeah, your right 2007 for BioShock, my mistake there, I was thinking about games I loved a lot and got it mixed up

in the 2008 group, You sure it was 2007 :P LOL!! My time flys!! Yeah Dead Space is the Bomb!! :D

@ Scavy~

Yep, I'm a tad confused about the driver version your using as well, is it for Vista or XP, or do you just say 180, as you have two

different versions one for each OS? All your guys screens look awesome!!

@ HJ~

FEARnet, nothing wrong with that action, I'm into FEARnet big time. watch all of those Horror films pretty much, some are

really good, some, eh  Though if they really stink, they have a gang of them to pick from and rotate them well. so no Biggy..

I also watch Encore a lot, action Movies and what not.

As far as Dead Space goes, IMO, once you figure out that Asteroid Mission area, it seems easier to me.

Well I'm on the end of Chapter 10 right now and got stuck, although I realized what I had to do before shutting my eyes and going to bed. Just thought of it ike a movie and said to myself how do I get out of this? :D Game definitely gets tougher toward the end though, not as frustrating as the asteroid puzzle though. That taught me a lot. Here are a couple of screenies for 10, no spoilers.

Managed to get a nice close-up of a wall-hugger. I think he needs more sun ... :fright:

Hummm, I don't remember calling Room Service? :eat: :help:

Cool HJ!! That level 5 armor looks great on you, LOL!! :D DEAD SPACE makes you use

your Noodle that's for sure. Playing it as dark as I could once I got the hang of it, man it looks nice!!

I have to come up with a better fraps key, for action shots, what do you use? I miss my COD WK, but

adore my Reclusa as well. GoGamer has the Razer Salmosa Mouse on sale now for 29 bucks, I really

like that mouse, on the fly 800 too 1800 dpi Changing and it's hella Simple, only has three Buttons

and the wheel of course. Anyway I'd love to see a Good Hollywood production of DEAD SPACE with

a good Budget to work with. It'd make a great Horror Sci-Fi Film.

Here's a link to that mouse for fun:: http://www.gogamer.com/Razer-Salmosa-Mo ... ewprod.htm

Nice mouse, simple, cheap, and has that Razer slope to it and I imaginie it's as good as the Diamondback without all the lights. Also saw it at Buy.com for $32.00 free shipping for those that wish to get it once GoGamer's sale is over.

Good luck to you DM, just take your time with it and you'll have a lot of fun once you get the mechanics down. Also make sure you get your head into the game as it will help. Pretending I was watching a movie helped me get out of a few tough spots. I'm alway's good at figuring out what happens next and wish I had started doing that before the asteroid level. :D

I quit playing last night on Chapter 12 with the end in sight. I'm wondering what nasty these Dead Space guys cooked up in this last level .... :P

Couple of more screenies, no spoilers really ....

I'm getting pretty good at this. Too bad it's now Chapter 11 ....

Hummm, what was the name of this ship again? I think it begins with an "i" and sounds like Sushi?

Now you would think by the 26th Century they would be using memory foam for these ....

Yeah~

Even the Bathrooms have that Dead Space fun, boy those toilets are looking

pretty Cold, to me!! :o I thought they were cool, the whole game sticks to

a Theme, everything in it has Ridges, hard to explain. The PC really is the

best way to play Dead Space, shadows!! Everywhere. I won't say where I

am here, but I messed around in here for some time, this area should have

been at the beginning somewhere to teach you how to use TK and Z-Jump. :D

Hay, HJ, did you get that Custom Level 5 Suit with your name on it at the Store!! LOL!! :Bananas:

Blue

Prolly cost ya a Power Node!! :band:

Had to sell my Plasma Cutter for it. :D Kidding  . Oh speaking of the Plasma Cutter, I know you suggested the Line Gun which I bought way early in the game but I sold it as I thought the Plasma Cutter was more accurate for me. That plus the Pulse Rifle. Both of which I've been upgrading with the Power Nodes from the beginning. So at the moment they're both pretty potent. Hopefully it's enough for whatever I'm going to face in Chapter 12. Wish me luck. I'll have to give i another whirl after FC2 and try out some of the other weaponry. Haven't a clue how the Flame Thrower will work.
