Well HJ & Scavy~

I'd put it in both, why not. Looks cool that article is way to long for my attention span though

I like the PIC, images IMO, say a 1,000 words, really they do.

As far as Dead Space the game, I didn't play last night, I'm in Chapter 8 Now and that's about 2/3 the

way through the game. I think. Anyhow, Chapter 5 was Hard, first Hard Chapter, then Chapter 7, OMG.

Made Chapter 5 seem simple, at least for me.

The best advice I can give in::

PLAY DEAD SPACE IN THE DARK!! :!:

(for maximum scare factor, and be alone with your speakers on as high as you can get away with!!)

There's area's in this game that had me jumping out of my Chair!! Whoa!!

Chiropractor, Scavy, I for some reason though you were talking about the game there, duh!!

Your back is what you were talking about, I apologize for my LOL!! I miss read that, sorry.

Early on in Dead Space I see a lot of these guys below, my fav weapon for dealing with them is the

Saw Blade gun!! They really get on my nerves and me!! Ouch, get off me!! Damn!!

You'll see HJ!! LOL!!

Image

Nasty 'lil Buggers!!

Blue

I'll say this as well, DOOM3 is a better game period, though I say that as it's a FPS and the controls work

perfect in Doom3, as will as D3 has Quick save!! D3 IMO, is one of the VERY best Horror themed games

bar none, and this game is close though it's not made for the PC, like D3 was/is. When we hit a dry spell

in games I'm going to replay D3 and it's X-Pak ROE. DS is as close to D3 as I've seen in Scare factor.

Wait, there's FEAR too, almost forgot, and yeah, more that are scary, though again DS and D3 are my Favs.

For Scare Factor!!

Well, I have boarded the Ishimura finally, maybe I should have gone to Philly instead. Rockin good game so far as I knew it would be from the screenies you guys keep putting up. A little furstrating in the beginning as I got use to the controls, but I got it down in no time. Especially the part where you needed to slow down the door using the stasis module. I kept trying different things to activate it and looked in the control setup countless times and then cracked the manual and saw it was a mouse/keyboard combo. Other than that, awesome graphics and it feels a lot like Doom3 to me right now which is a great thing. The save stations are cool as well as the breadcrumb pointer that points the way rather than pulling the map up all the time.

So far I'm lovin it though and thanks to a certain monster we all know and love, I'll be having a Blue Christmas this year. :P Thanks your the best.

I know these screenies have likely been posted already, but I figured what the hell.

Thanks for the tip, but you really could have used a magic marker ....

Love this game Blue and it looks like I'm going to take down Chris' site single handed with the number of screens I'm going to post. Everything I see I wanna do a screen capture, but you were right about picking it up quickly though, and in this game you better otherwise you lose your jugular. :P Just past the part where I could finally buy additional weapons and I picked the rifle surprise, surprise. What can I say, I'm good with a rifle as I like to get up close and personal. I'll try the Line gun later as you suggested.

Here are a couple more ...

Don't they look cozy all snuggled up like that ....

well i have been playing more FC2 then anything else. but i do play other as well. unless i have beaten them more then once or twice some time thrice.lol but i do have games on XP and Vista. so i have to go between OS to lay other games. since i do have a few that i play on XP only. since they play better there and are just DX9c. but if they have DX10 well vista is were that will be to play. but i just now got cod5 waw now. and i am trying to set up my controls .in solo so i can get use to them. and then i will start to play some advy then. and then i hear there is a zombie coop which i want to try very bad.

also i hear you can play coop and play threw the story line and do it with friends. which sound interesting since my clan like to play it a lot. but most of them are all ready starting there 1st stars on there names!! dam i got 1 little slash for a rank. so i start very bottom now. but oh well ill grunge threw it any ways. and yes i do have screen shots, like all most 30 lol. and i only played for 1/2hr or so.

Now that I have played both games I guess I like them equally in their own way. Playing Far Cry 2 can be crazy at times but I think there is more time to stop and admire the scenery. Dead Space is like whoa! Look out behind you at all times. I generally concentrate on 1 game at a time myself and can't jump around between games as it takes me out of the game a lot. Kind of like watching a movie.

As far as that Zombie game goes, Left4Dead looks very cool and may be the only multiplayer game that I was really ever interested in. It also comes with a short single player game as well, but from what I read it's good for a number of replays because of the AI.

Man this game is tough. I thought Far Cry 2 was hard at times, this game all you need to do is blink. Lot's of fun though, best Sci-Fi themed game I've played since Doom3. :D Although perhaps Bioshock would fit into this category as well. Few more screens which you guys have seen already without a doubt, but anyway ....

Now which way is up? Guess it doesn't matter when in Zero-G. :P
