Looks kinda cool though. But it got a big 6.0!! Whoa!! Link:: http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/ ... %3Bimg%3B0

I know there are lots of Haters out there, that's ok. I'm still gonna get it. I agree it could have been much better graphic wise, then again I think they wanted everyone to

be able to play it, so the spec's are low, hence forth, gfx could be better. :yahoo: :clapping:  Whatever, it's just a game.... :Bananas:

Blue

Personally I'm back at Farcry2, now that's a GREAT GAME!!

I installed fc2 a few days a go and spent over 2 days testing and making videos. With the way the engine and lighting works in the game it is hard and pissed me off and I deleted it and installed fc.

The more I think about it- I wish I did not delete it now- I was thinking about some other adjustments I could make and I do like the game. If just playing and not recording is one thing- trying to record and the world bright enough to show up well in video is another.

The lighting in the game is kind of like your eye pupil I think it is. The game lighting adjusts like your eye does light to dark etc and no one setting is good 24/7 it is darker in buildings in day time than at night etc. No matter what changes I make the game is contantly making its own changes to the lighting and or fraps codecs have trouble and all videos record dark no matter how high the settings in the game tho I do not max bright etc.- but convertions and xvid brighten them back up some..

And while playing the game if made to bright or to much gamma etc will wash out color and dept or textures. Again just playing and trying to record are 2 different things.. I plan to install it again and try some other changes- I can always up the gamma or bright more than normal and not be so nice to look at while playing- but the vids might be ok or better. It ran and looked nice and can record at 30fps in dx10- high everything but aa of af what ever it is at only 10 or so- My vid card will not let me max aa or af type settings and surely not in dx10- looks and runs better than xp tho.

Might install it soon being you blue are playing it again- I always liked the game- could have more color maybe- check points are not so bad for me- like some complain.. I think fc is the better game imo- but fc2 is cool all the same.. :D :9:

I am getting a lil bored but can not really record my games again until I get a better video card and then max the settings or I will be recording them again when I do. As my gear gets better so does the quality of my videos- or even screen shots or animated gifs. :D

Duke Nukem Forever

$5 bucks @ Steam.

I personally like DNF ;) Some of the magic from the first game is

lost, yet DNF is still a good solid shooter, the $5 buck thing will not

last long at all, so grab it, it's a lot better game than many folks think

it is.
